Background
As President of Regnier & Associates,
LLC, Nanci Regnier offers 24 years of professional
experience in project management and marketing
in the transportation, oil and gas and environmental
markets. She has worked on numerous transportation
and transit projects involving planning, environmental
documentation pursuant to the National Environmental
Policy Act (NEPA), and public involvement for
federal and state agencies and local municipalities. Through her diverse background and project
experience, Ms. Regnier has developed a capacity
for coordinating and facilitating public outreach
programs along with the development of desktop
published presentation materials and various
tools and techniques used for outreach and
community involvement programs. Ms Regnier’s
public involvement experience ranges from small
working groups, technical advisory committees,
workshops, and charrettes to large stakeholder
agency scoping meetings, public meetings and
open houses and public hearings both urban
and rural settings. |
